Reading Time: < 1 minuteWebsite development is gravitating toward social sharing. WordPress plugins like Sociable WordPress have a huge following (1.7 million downloads and growing). Beyond having social media icons listed, this WordPress plugin provides a customizable platform you can create that allows visitors to rate content (pages, posts, and comments).
Last week a warning was issued as it relates to the plugin’s page settings. Google’s malware warnings are popping up. The problem? The plugin is loading an image from a compromised site, which in turn causes the browser to redirect. For fellow coders who are like me and want to dig into the guts of the problem, Sucuri.net has posted some detail. A fix is still in the works, and they’ll post more resolution details as they are released.

Howdy! Do you know if they make any plugins to help with SEO?
I’m trying to get my blog to rank for some targeted keywords but I’m not seeing very good results.
If you know of any please share. Cheers!

Hi Annetta,
WordPress SEO also has a component to help with keyword optimization as well as craft enticing meta descriptions. However, plugins aren’t the answer. Ranking is a balance of understanding human search, competitive landscape, and supporting content to show industry expertise. There are multiple levels to solving the SEO ranking quest.
