Massimo is Co-CEO and Chief Data Scientist. On the web since the 90’s and a Google Partner since 2014, his expertise includes technical SEO, search marketing, marketing analytics/analysis, and online advertising. Massimo has an innate ability to sift through a sea of data, uncovering insights that formulate results-oriented strategies. He has taught Digital Marketing, Google Ads and SEO at UC Berkeley Extension since 2014—and presented at international search marketing conferences like SMXL in Milan.
Alyson is Co-CEO and Chief Storyteller. Prior to forming the agency, her career spanned media (NBC-TV affiliates, city magazine, international ad agency) and positions like a C-Suite financial services marketer and digital marketing consultant. Alyson learned how the right medium with the right message can attract the right audience. With her team, Alyson helps brands have meaningful customer interactions. Now she teaches those lessons—among others—as a UC Berkeley Extension instructor in her SEO and Digital Marketing courses since 2014. Alyson is beginning to share her knowledge as a speaker at preeminent digital marketing conferences around the country like Digital Growth Unleashed and more.
Steven GraffOver the last three decades, Steven’s worn just about every hat in the agency business: media buyer, copywriter, PPC manager, creative director, account director, information architect, program director, VP of Operations, and CEO. As Director of Optimization, Steven focuses on adding to his understanding of user behavior and motivation in nearly every market sector to address the problem of conversion optimization throughout the customer journey. A key driver in his testing and success is moving beyond a marketer’s intuition and proving winning strategies.
Jen has a passion for helping businesses succeed with their online marketing goals. She has deep SEO knowledge, using her years of hands-on experience to help improve organic visibility, website traffic and lead conversions. She has a solid history of creating link management strategies — including scrubbing link profiles of irrelevant and harmful links — that produce tangible results and business relationships. Keeping up to date with the latest Google Algo updates, she’s a stickler for following Google’s Quality Search Guidelines. She specializes in Local SEO, Google Penalty Recovery and Google My Business Suspensions.
Starting his career in inside sales, Dan parlayed that experience into creating content for inbound marketing and PPC management. He understands what generates qualified leads and converts suspects into prospects, meaning he has a full understanding of the whole sales cycle. Dan is also involved in WordPress design and development projects, a key contributor in optimizing content for organic search.
Yuan is dedicated to making the world a better place, one marketing campaign at a time. He’s a recent MBA graduate with specialties in social media, event management, and SEO. When he’s not working, he’s either exploring nature or spending time with his cat, Doughnut.

Before starting her own business, Erika was a news reporter and DJ for almost 20 years. Following her on-air career, she was a Press Secretary for the California State Legislature, and worked at a high profile PR agency managing notable clients including NBC and Knight Ridder. She brings extensive media and public relations know-how to create campaigns designed to boost brand awareness.
