Silicon Valley Code Camp is starting to ramp up for its 7th annual event. If you haven’t heard about SVCC, it’s a community event where developers learn from fellow developers. If you’re looking to gain exposure and some street cred (or just a little practice in public speaking), this event is for you as all are welcome to pitch a session. For coders, this is a geek-fest which I’m proud to be a participant and speaker for the last 4 years.

This year I’m working on three sessions on such topics as creating a fully functional WordPress site in 60 minutes, White Hat SEO, and The Art & Science of Managing a Web Presence. Other topics you’re interested in learning? Just let me know and I may add it to our list.
This two-day camp has it all. Apps, JavaScript, .Net, WordPress, Social Media, UX/UI, and much more. Silicon Valley Code Camp is able to provide this free event with the help of sponsors and volunteers. So, if you’re a business that serves the technical and programming market, it’s a prime opportunity. Last year we had over 2,247 attendees and 209 sessions.
Register and be a part of the developer community. Know some one who has something interesting to share? Then tell them about this unique speaking opportunity. Lastly, help spread the word about this great local event.
