According to BGR, Google Plus now has 400 million users, 100 million of them active. We think once folks get more comfortable with its features (like Hangouts, Circles, and the +1 Button), the percentage of active users will grow.
We’re a Google Apps agency, so of course we’re going to be biased. We particularly like the integration of Contacts with Circles and Voice. We’re also leveraging Drive to the hilt, collaborating with our clients real time in the cloud. How cool is that.

While the profile of Google Plus users may be a little on the geeky side (present company included), the real power is in the impact on search, namely making it social. If you’re logged into your gmail account, your search results are influenced by your connections. Therefore, the +1 button can create some real White Hat SEO juice. In an article from Mashable, SEOmoz’s co-founder ran an experiment and confirmed how it can positively impact White Hat SEO when +1 links are shared. +1 links are a way for the search giant to determine how popular posts are, thus influencing rankings on a Search Engine Results Page.
